The writer, ray, has had a writing hiatus for over, say six months. You could say that she chose to pause in her writing endeavours for the sake of collecting ideas, drawing inspiration from other artistic aspects in life, amassing more life experiences, etc.
Or you could say, in simpler words, that she was just….lazy. Yup.
However, there was a nagging itch behind the writer’s thoughts which has finally exploded. Bam! Wham!
And so, instead of pursuing a full and more complete writing career/journey/commitment, she has decided to open up a simple, minimalistic blog which gives her the chance to write whenever she can and at the same time polish her writing skills and style.
So, dear readers, please support this aspiring new writer and look forward to her flourishing creations.

Life is a splash of colours But there is a hue which belongs to you Life is a motion of moments of which only you see and keep Life is a collection of tastes of which your tongue savours and remembers Life is the sky, mountain and sea where you soar, plunder and cross Life may be beauty and flaw which differs only in the eyes of the beholder Life may be small or big depending on how you want it to be Life quite often changes shape in the hands of its owner So do not merely live, but instead be the life you want to be                                                                                                       [saol]

New life habits and other changes

If you asked me about the biggest change I have seen recently, I would say myself. I have been noticing these miniscule changes that it prompted me to write it down just to see how much about myself is different compared to say, five, or maybe ten years ago. My 15-year-old self wouldn't have bothered. I hated plain water back then, unless if it was to satisfy the thirst caused by exercising. Homemade fruit juices were just the same; I disliked the icky texture swirling in my mouth and the instant fill it made in my stomach. I always have it with some fresh milk, just to make it smoother and taste better.  Apart from...

My interest was initially piqued when a booktuber I follow on Instagram posted a gorgeous picture of the book, cover flipped open, revealing the pages within. After a brief glance at the wordings, I immediately chucked it into my TBR list. Fast forward a few months later, the eBook was already downloaded into my phone. Yet, I still hadn’t opened it. It wasn’t until my interest in boy’s love webtoons festered and grew that I remembered the existence of this title, waiting to be cracked open. I still remember scrolling to the first page on my eBook reader, promising myself that I, at the very least, would read a few pages. I spent the remainder of the night hooked onto the story. Within three days, I had finished reading the book. The Story The story is told from the perspective of Oxnard, who grows up in a family devoid of paternal love. His encounter with the Bennett family one day turns his life aroun...
